The tiny village of Shaunsdown, deep in the heart of Toaira, is most commonly
reached by following the Oldman River out of the Sea of Mathias past the
Arcaenum Keep and south across the sprawling prairie.
The pretty little prairie village is a clean and boisterous place, and home
to the famous Berry Good Pie bakery. The villagers seem to live in peace
and prosperity, taking what they need from the land or the water: anyone who
enjoys an honest day's work will feel at home here, fishing for his dinner.
Shaunsdown has many fine businesses, such as Pugwash's General Store, Dara's
Diner, Birhop's Barbershop, Cardash's Corner, and The Fighting Gander Inn,
to name a few. As in any village, the residents have a lot to say about
their neighbours, especially since such gossip-worthy events have happened..
