| The city of Ofcol is situated to the northeast of Arinock, nestled against
the Earendil mountains. This small mountain city marks the halfway point
between Rhia's greatest city and the dreaded ruins of the Dwerger mines
further east. The Ofcol Road, created for ease of passage between the two,
has fallen into disrepair since the near-annhiliation of the Dwarven
Kingdom.
Although it is perfectly situated for trade, the citizens of Ofcol despise
strangers. They refuse to deal with outsiders at all, giving very chilly
glares to any who dare to enter their city. The newer section of the city
seems to revolve around a great citadel, though (perhaps not surprisingly)
what is inside seems to be a well-kept secret. |
