New Ofcol - Moryana

The city of Ofcol is situated to the northeast of Arinock, and marks the halfway point between Rhia's greatest city and the dreaded ruins of the dwarven minds further east. The newer section of the city seems to revolve around a great citadel, though what is inside seems to be a well-kept secret.
