| The unkempt park in Malhan was the first part of the city to be opened to the
public after centuries of abandon. Located physically in the south east corner
of the Kingdom of Malhan, the park is quite run-down, infested as it is with
insects and rats. Rumors of a dying dog and a hideous mutant woman abound.
Young citizens of Rhia can oftentimes be found ridding the park of these vermin
while honing their skills and resting, when needed, in the quiet sanctuary of
the Library of Malhan (also known as Blake's Sanctuary). The park is largely
unexplored and has nooks and crannies that offer unexpected uses.
