Under the southern waters of the Dragon Sea stand the ruins of the
once-great Hyouthian Kingdom. Long ago this city was synonymous with
knowledge and advancement. The merfolk who dwelt within the walls of its
temples and libraries were peaceful, though Hyouthia was also a fierce race
and did not lack for warriors. It was perhaps that warrior strength of will
and refusal to back down that was their complete and utter undoing. For in

themselves a dire host of demons more terrible than has been seen in these
